Mindfulness

EBNDS has just completed their first ever “Mindfulness Project”. The students had lessons regarding mindfulness, and embraced the project through a variety of activities. Some of them being yoga, meditation, and breathing. We would like to thank Mrs. Kitembo for helping us with this fantastic project and allowing the students, staff, and parents to enjoy her Yoga expertise.

Ce projet a su inspiré notre communauté: personnel de l’école, élèves et parents ont appréciés prendre le temps de vivre le moment présent. Nous sommes convaincus que la pleine conscience aura dorénavant sa place à EBNDS!
